A New Beginning in Kathmandu.

Kathmandu Valley, Pashupatinath Temple

I have finally arrived in Kathmandu, after a 15 day long walk from Pokhara.

I went straight to the authorities to find out about my brother and sister that I might have. After a day work, they confirmed that my parents had given away two children for adoption, about 26 years ago. This means, I have a brother and a sister. They did not have much information. They only had names of adoption agencies in U.S and Sweden, where they went.

This is really big news for me. I have a brother and sister! I have roots in monastery with all the great monks living there, but family is something else. Its genes. Its 50 percent of me. Now I will regroup here in Kathmandu for a while and think about what to do in the future. If I should find a monastery and stay in, or if I should try to find my brother and sister. I think I will write a letter to Grandmaster Xi and ask for his advise.
